In 2014, Socle was acquired by Foxconn Technology Group (HonHai Precision Industry Co. Ltd). Socle utilizes its expertise in semiconductor technology to manage semiconductor solutions within Foxconn which includes selling lC products to system users and handling the technical procurement of semiconductors. Socle also collaborates with other teams within Foxconn on the
semiconductor portions of important projects.
